 NamHR was established in 2009 by Jaco van Zyl, the sole proprietor of the consultancy.
Jaco is Namibian by birth and has a B Comm. Labour Relations degree from the University of Potchefstroom in South Africa. Jaco was employed, inter alia, on an executive level with a top international company until December 2008.
He has Specialist HR experience in all related disciplines and gained extensive exposure to world best practises, relating to people management practices and principles, before starting his own consultancy in 2009.
The consultancy is in addition supported by top professionals in the fields of Law, Payroll, Tax, Business Management, Training and Teambuilding.
NamHR's client base stretches from multi international companies to Small and Medium enterprises (SME’s).
